• PRODUCTION


    Transparency and ethical procedure in production as well as the integrity of the materials are fundamental in my vision. With the exception of the lost wax casting - which is carried out by a small-scale Foundry based in the UK - every part of the process is completed in-house in North Cornwall. When and if required, intricate/microscopic stone setting and Gold plating is outsourced to Certified Specialists. All metals are 100% recycled and each stone is fair trade, conflict-free and traceable - from mine, to cutting/polishing workshop, to you. Sourcing from socially conscious organisations enables the protection of the smale-scale miners, the cutters/polishers, their communities and the surrounding environments.

    Each piece is boxed up in Merino wool (in place of the standard non-recyclable packaging foams) and sent in plain black envelopes with uncoated Thank You cards. In line with my jewellery - the packaging is made from natural materials, fully reusable and recyclable.








  • SHIPPING



    Ready to ship jewellery is posted within 3 working days. Bespoke pieces are sent within 8 weeks, allowing time for: carving, casting, setting, polishing & London Assay Office hallmarking. For pieces being resized, shipping time will depend on the individual piece. If I have an existing metal item in the workshop that can be adjusted, your order will be shipped within 2 weeks. If the requested size requires a remodel, your order will be sent within 6 weeks. Plating is outsourced, please allow 1-2 weeks for despatch.

    All items are posted using Royal Mail services. Enabling compensation up to £750 and quick delivery, parcels are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed for £7.95. Orders up to £50 are sent using the Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service for £6 (with compensation up to £50) and there is no shipping fee for small items under £10. Europe shipping is £15 and the Rest of World rate is £20, both of which include compensation up to £250.








  • RETURNS



    There is a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.

    For exchanges and returns, contact me at workshop@indycockroft.co.uk. Please send your item back using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Service, making sure you keep the proof of postage receipt. Once received and approved, you’ll be refunded on the original payment method within 10 business days.

    Please note that custom products / bespoke items cannot be returned for a refund. However, do get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your special item - if for instance you need something resized, I will of course help make this happen.
