There is a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.

Please note that custom products / bespoke items cannot be returned for a refund. However, do get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your special item - if for instance you need something resized, I will of course help make this happen.

For exchanges and returns, contact me at workshop@indycockroft.co.uk and I will send the address details. Please send your item back using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Service (which includes compensation up to £750). Make sure you keep the proof of postage receipt. 

I will let you know when I have received and checked over your returned piece. If approved, you’ll be refunded on the original payment method within 10 business days.
